b. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
c. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon 30 days’ notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to our website or through email communication.
4. User Accounts

– Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
– You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
7. Termination

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
