PFAR Systems LLC. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. In this Privacy Notice, we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about visitors to our websites (each, a "Site"), users of our mobile applications (each, an "App"), and the services available through our Sites and Apps (the Sites, Apps, and services are collectively referred to as the "Services").
SCOPE
In this Privacy Notice, the term "Professional(s)" refers to individuals who have created a profile and/or claimed their profile and the term "consumer(s)" refers to individuals who are not Professionals.
This Privacy Notice applies to our online activities on our Sites and Apps. It does not apply to information that Professionals have shared on our Sites and Apps, including their contact information, license numbers, and other publicly available data. The collection and use of the data that Professionals shared on the Sites and Apps is governed by each Professional's own privacy notice or policy, and we encourage consumers to review those notices and policies.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND OBTAIN
We obtain personal information about you in various ways.
Information you provide to us
We may ask you to provide personal information when you use or interact with our Services, such as when you register for an account, enter a sweepstakes or contest, or contact us with inquiries. The types of personal information we may request include:
- Name
- Email address and password
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Demographic information such as your gender, age range, and other preferences
If you are a Professional, we may collect additional information, including your license number, brokerage information, and professional credentials.
Information obtained from other sources

- Publicly available information, such as property records, county assessor data, and foreclosure filings
- Information from third-party data providers and business partners
- Social media platforms, if you engage with us through those channels
- Government agencies and public registries (e.g., real estate licensing databases)

INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING
On our Services, we may collect information about your online activities for use in providing you with advertising about products and services tailored to your interests. You may see certain ads on other websites because we engage third-party ad networks to help us target our messaging to visitors through interest-based and contextual means.
Through these ad networks, we can track your online activities (such as the pages you visit on our Sites) over time and across third-party websites and apps by obtaining information through automated means, as described above. The ad networks use this information to show you advertisements that may be tailored to your individual interests.
The information our ad network vendors collect includes data about your visits to websites and apps that participate in the relevant ad networks, such as the pages or ads you view and the actions you take on the websites or apps. INFORMATION FOR VISITORS FROM CANADA
We comply with Canadian personal information protection legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA").

Our Services are hosted in and managed from the United States. If you are a user located outside the United States, you understand and consent to having any personal information processed in the United States or in any other country in which we have facilities or in which we engage service providers.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA/CPRA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

Third Parties
We may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold consumers' personal information in the traditional sense. We may share personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising purposes as defined by the CPRA.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those specified in the CCPA/CPRA.
Retention of Personal Information
We retain each category of personal information for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Your California Privacy Rights
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to:
- Right to Know: Request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
- Right to Delete: Request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you (subject to certain exceptions)
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. We will verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days.
FOR COLORADO, CONNECTICUT, VIRGINIA, AND UTAH RESIDENTS
If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or Utah, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws.
Specific Processing Activities
We process personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including to provide our Services, communicate with you, improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations.
